I need help with my maxim corn/wood pellet stove by central boiler?

We bought a Maxim corn/wood pellet outside boiler by central boiler, it didn’t work. it was replaced and now after 2 months of trying to learn to operate it, it is not functioning. our salesman came out and said central boiler told him to beat on the end of the auger with a hammer and instructed us to do the same if needed. we are told, we are the only ones to have a problem with our Maxim by Central boiler. if you have a maxim or know anything about them please help.

You should not have to hit anything with a hammer to get it to work (except for a nail). This is the second unit you’ve had trouble with and they told you you’re the only one with that problem. They’re lying or they have no idea what they’re talking about, either way it doesn’t sound like a company I’d want to do business with. Send the unit back and buy yourself a different brand.
